Tabaoware

Tabaoware is a collaborative design with Tupperware Singapore that targets Asian urban nuclear families living in micro-spaces. My team mapped the customer journey of local people and pinpointed areas of need specific to Singaporean consumption habits.

Our final design meets several key needs lacking in existing Tupperware on the market. “Tabaoware” (“tabao” = takeaway/takeout)  is the smart way to store Asian food for later consumption, allowing for hassle-free separation and consumption of Asian food, especially noodle soups. Though compact, it serves as a strainer, microwaveable steamer, lunchbox, and a family food storage system.
